Our teams carry out their work with rigour and discretion: - Thorough cleaning of exterior surfaces: deck, cockpit, superstructures and windows. - Meticulous maintenance of interior spaces: cabins, galley and bathrooms kept in good condition. - Checking and adjusting mooring lines and fenders. - Inspection of the hull and waterline. - Checking safety equipment and navigation systems. - Checking essential fluid levels: oil, fresh water, waste water. - Monitoring of the electrical and electronic systems on board A detailed service report, accompanied by photographs, is sent to you after each visit. NautiConcept enables: - Real-time tracking of your vessel. - Automatic alerts in the event of any anomalies: engine voltage, service voltage, or water in the bilges. - A record of every service carried out on board, including a report of any anomalies and supporting photographic evidence. In addition to NautiConcept, a dedicated WhatsApp group is set up for each owner to ensure smooth, responsive and personalised communication between you and your manager.
